For those of you who are looking for a lightweight moisturizer during the summer, The Inkey List Symbright Moisturizer is a good option. As the weather warms up, I transition to skincare that are light and breathable for my skin. Water-based, gel-cream hybrid, and air-whipped textures are my preferred choices since I have dry to sensitive skin.

Symbright is suitable for everyone (oily, dry combination, and those with sensitive skin). The lightweight gel-cream texture makes it comfortable for summer use or as a day time moisturizer under makeup. Not only is it hydrating but formulated to brighten your complexion and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone.

The key brightening ingredient is Symbright which is the fermentation of the plant clary sage. Kakadu Plum extract is loaded with rich vitamins to give skin a boost of radiance. Red Algae is full of minerals to help skin retain it’s hydration levels.

Full ingredient list:
Water (Aqua /Eau), Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Stearic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Carbomer, Sclareolide, Mica, Kappaphycus Alvarezii Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Dehydroacetic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit Extract, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Sea Water, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide)

Love the easy to use squeeze tube. The gel-cream texture literally melts into my skin and absorbs fairly quickly. It has a silky like feel and hydrates my skin instantly. Dries down nicely without skin being too moist so you can add layers if you need more hydration. Makes my skin soft and gives a nice healthy glow.

I enjoy this in my morning routine and works nicely under makeup. Very comfortable in warm weather but probably not enough hydration when winter comes along. The simple formula would be a good option when you are taking a break from acids or on sensitive skin days. Overall, I recommend this moisturizer in your skincare routine.
