I have to say I was completely drawn to the Rose Caviar Rose Essence when I received a pr package from Pixi Beauty. When I look for something that penetrates the skin with hydration, I turn to essences and serums. Anything formulated with a water-based consistency my skin will drink it up. This essence fits the bill perfectly for my skin.

Love the clear pink transparent packaging! Super easy squeeze tube that is hygienic friendly. The encapsulated rose oils with bits of rose pieces look so beautiful. I like how I am getting that additional fresh ingredient added to my skin with these spheres. The rose scent is subtle and not overpowering.
Rose oil is great for soothing and moisturizing skin. The anti-aging effects help with reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Plus antibacterial properties help reduce scars while boosting skin reproduction.
This essence has a water-based consistency so it will absorb and penetrate into your skin fairly quickly. It is very light weight and once it dries you feel the instant hydration. There is no stickiness or oil residue sitting on your skin. The little pink spheres burst open easily as you massage into skin. Leaves my skin feeling soft and radiant. Plus there is no alcohol in it.
I use this on skin after I have cleansed and toned. Then apply additional moisturizer on top on the drier parts of my skin during my night time routine. For daytime, using this on its own as a skin prep before makeup application is perfect since I typically go for serums or essences for light weight moisture. This would be a good moisturizer to use during warm or hot weather when my skin feels a bit oily.
