I’m From Mushroom Collagen Cream contains a plant based hyaluronic acid that is from 30% Tremella Fuciformis extract (aka jelly mushroom or snow fungus mushroom). Nutritionally, tremella mushrooms have been used in Asian herbal medicine to promote blood circulation, inflammatory benefits, boost collagen production, and help keep your skin barrier smooth and supple.
Tremella mushrooms hold in hydration which is great for improving skin elasticity and maintaining moisture balance. Other key ingredients include: niacinamide, yam root, & ceramides. This cream is from the same line as the Collagen Mushroom Ampoule, which you can use together in your skincare dependent on your skin needs. The ampoule has a light milky serum like consistency and the cream has a richer consistency.

I’m From Mushroom Collagen Cream is packaged in a 50mL / 1.7oz frosted glass jar and does not come with any spatula. The packaging and minimalistic aesthetics looks very appealing on the branding. I did not notice any perfume or fragrance in the ingredient list and could not smell any discernible scent in this cream. No scent in my opinion is great!
I have normal to dry sensitive skin and this type of product really grabbed my attention. Looking at the texture is may seem super rich and heavy but surprisingly it has an air-whipped light consistency that feels almost like a gel-cream texture. Glides easily over skin and fast absorbing leaving behind a nice satin finish. My skin feels the instant plumping and a bit of firming (not tight in a good way). The plumping is temporary but I notice it smoothing away tine fine lines.
I use this cream in the last step of my skincare routine during the evening as I prefer something that is slightly richer and nourishing. I like how my skin feels so smooth, bouncy, and refreshed looking in the morning. Those with oily skin may find this to be a bit rich so be sure to patch test first. This cream is pretty good on it’s own if I opted for a shorter skincare routine. When I pair this with the Mushroom Ampoule the hydration in my skin really amplifies and I notice a big boost in hydration.
