Good Molecules Instant Cleansing Balm is already on rotation in my skincare routine. A few months ago Good Molecules, a fairly new clean skincare brand that came onto the market gifted me a few of their products to try. One of the products was this cleansing balm which I am completely hooked on using ever since.

Instant Cleansing Balm is packaged in a very slim minimalist plastic tub. I like that it is not wasting bulky plastic packaging like other brands currently on the market. Inside there is an inner lid separating the product from the outer lid. A small plastic spatula is also included to keep your product hygiene friendly.

My nightly routine generally consists of a double cleanse, first with an oil based cleanser followed by a gel/cream cleanser. Upon opening, it does not have any scent that I could detect. That’s a good thing. Next the texture is a creamy mousse like solid. If you have ever used the Grain Ferment Cleansing Sherbet, it has a similar texture.

A pea size is all I need to massage onto dry skin to loosen up makeup. Whether I wipe off with wet towel or rinse off, the cleanser was easy to come off without any tugging. It removed all traces of my makeup and did not irritate my eyes. Left my skin soft, hydrated, and none of that tight feeling. I am impressed at how gentle it was on my sensitive skin.

The key ingredients include sea buckthorn oil, camellia oil, shea butter to gently lift makeup while helping skin to retain moisture. Formulated without parabens, vegan friendly, and cruelty-free. Compared to other cleansing balms on the market, I really appreciate the price point. At $15 USD for 2.5 oz jar, this is very affordable and it is formulated with ingredients that are toxic-free.

Good Molecules Instant Cleansing Balm is available at Good Molecules & Beautylish.
