Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer is another fan favorite from the brand’s watermelon glow line. After falling in love with their watermelon sleeping mask I also liked their moisturizer. It has the perfect lightness and hydration to use in my daytime skincare routine.

Formulated with watermelon extract (rich in vitamins + anti-inflammatory properties to soothe skin), hyaluronic acid (hydrates + plumps skin by retaining moisture), and antioxidants (brightens + boosts glow while fighting environmental stressors). Note, this contains a very noticeable sweet fragrance scent. The scent smells yummy and does not bother me, however if you have fragrance sensitivities be sure to do a patch test before using on face.

Love the overall pink packaging. A good heavy weight glass bottle and easy to use pump dispenser. There is also a mini size version of this if you are thinking of trying it out. Give the bottle a good shake prior to using as sometimes the product may have separated if it has been sitting there for a while. Two pumps is enough to moisturize my face.

Using the Pink Juice Moisturizer every morning is light enough for me as a daytime moisturizer underneath makeup. The jelly consistency melts down to a watery like serum once it comes in contact with skin. Absorbs fairly quickly leaving skin pretty soft. It feels very refreshing, cooling, and plumps my skin immediately. The texture is so weightless and does not pill when I apply spf + foundation. Keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day and smoothes away any dry flakes. The sweet scent lingers for a few minutes before it disappears.

Overall, the Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer works best as a moisturizer for oily to combo skin due to it’s gel like texture. Acts like a serum for dry skin like myself but for evening use I will need to layer on a thicker moisturizing cream or sleeping mask to lock in hydration as I sleep.
