The Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream is packaged in a glass jar with a pink lid. I love anything pink! The jar is quite heavy so I try keep this away from the bathroom sink and anywhere else where it may shatter if dropped. It unfortunately does not come with a spatula, so I just grab a random one that came free from another brand to keep my cream clean.
Upon opening, it has a subtle natural rose scent. For those with fragrance sensitivities just note this is fragranced and may trigger skin reaction. This cream has a gel-cream like texture. A small amount of this soft fluffy like consistency applies to skin smoothly and provides good coverage so you won’t need too much product.
It’s very light weight, cooling, and absorbs fairly quickly. I can wear this day or night and my face does not feel greasy at all. I’ve worn it under makeup and have not had issues with makeup pilling or moving. I prefer to wear this at night mainly because I want to fall asleep smelling the beautiful rose scent which I find very calming.
I have normal to dry skin and using this during the day keeps my skin hydrated through out the day. When used at night, I wake up to fresh plump skin as the cream has had plenty of time to sink in as I slept. I definitely recommend if you like a cream that is light weight and hydrating.
