Winter is the perfect time to bring on the masking with Farmacy Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask. It is one of Farmacy’s most popular skincare products and I could not have agree more. With the cold weather outside and dryness of indoor heat this is the most reached for mask in my skincare collection.

If you have been following my Instagram feed, you know how I appreciate a brand with a good story. I love how Farmacy is environmentally friendly and incorporates sustainability methods of packaging. Honey Potion is packaged in a recyclable glass jar with a wooden cap. A magnetic spatula is included and attaches itself to the cap.

One of my favorite ingredients in skincare is honey. Honey Potion is formulated with a special blend of honey extract, propolis, and royal jelly. These help to soothe, nourish, and keep skin supple. These antioxidant properties are great for slowing down aging while giving skin a boost of glow.

This thick gooey mask has a honey like texture that feels sticky when first applied to clean dry face. I give my face a few swipes of the product. This mask spreads easily and as it is massaged into skin the texture turns into a creamy white moisturizer. I may add a few drops of water to my face beforehand to give it a bit more slip. At that point the mask starts to tingle and I can feel the warming effects for just a few minutes.

After 10 minutes and a good rinse, my skin feels hydrated and smooth. Areas where I had redness or angry spots were much calmer and inflammation was reduced. In the morning, skin tone and complexion looks brighter. It is a wonderful at-home spa treatment. I follow up with a moisturizer after the mask to seal in the hydration. I use the Honey Drop moisturizer in conjunction with this mask.

Definitely recommend to anyone who is experiencing dry skin or struggling with redness. This would be a good warming mask to include in your skincare collection if you do not already own something similar. This is made with clean safe non-toxic ingredients so I know I am not putting anything harmful on my face.

The Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask is available at Sephora and Farmacy Beauty.
