As with most of my foundations, the No Filter Foundation comes in a lightweight glass bottle with a lockable pump. The fact there is no additional cap over the bottle makes it even more friendly to use. Each bottle contains 0.85oz which is less than the typical 1oz. At $12USD it is quite affordable.

With an impressive 42 shade range that beats Fenty Beauty’s 40 shades, there is a shade for everyone. I was able to select my shades based on my skin tone & undertone to get my ideal shade. I also tried matching using 2 of the 6 brands offered in the menu list to see how close this would match what I previously choose. The selection was pretty close. I purposely selected one light (60) shade to use later for Fall and one medium (100) shade to use now during the Summer.

This foundation is very thin, lightweight, liquidy, and pigmented. I dabbed fewer dots than I normally would on my face to test the coverage. With a brush I was able to blend it out beautifully. No streaks and I actually noticed soft-blurring which made my skin look flawless. Just this small amount of product was more than enough coverage wise. The finish was natural semi-matte which I very much liked. If you have dry skin, make sure you exfoliate. This foundation is definitely buildable in my opinion should you need more coverage.

Having worn this out in warm weather under the sun, I am surprised at how well it held up. I did not experience my foundation melting away or breaking apart. Even the t-zone had minimal shine come thru. It starts to slowly fade around the 5 hour mark so it’s not long wearing. I had no expectations prior to using this foundation but ColourPop has done a good job with the formulation. It’s incredibly easy to work with, lightweight, pigmented, and blendable. The soft blurring pigments in this really did blur out any imperfections visible on my skin.
