Let me just say it right now, I absolutely LOVE the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. This serum has been a staple in my skincare routine in the last few years. Yes, you heard that right, I’ve been using this for a few years now. It’s definitely my cult favorite of all the Caudalie products that I’ve tried and continue to re-purchase time and time again. Don’t get me wrong, I use many types of serums from other popular skincare brands (coz I like to to try/discover new products) but the Radiance Serum will always be my tried and true serum.

Caudalie has a clean natural aesthetic which mirrors it’s history from the vineyards in France. The Radiance Serum is bottled in a weighted glass bottle with silver print and a glass pipette. Looks very classy. I can appreciate the pipette to keep my serum hygienic friendly and I can control how much product is being dispensed to ensure I am not wasting product.

A pipette has to be used since the Radiance Serum has a light weight milky liquid consistency. I apply a few drops into my hands or directly onto face. It spreads quite easily over skin so I won’t need too much product. I like applying this when my skin is still moist or after using a toner/essence. The serum absorbs better into my skin this way. It takes a few minutes for the serum to dry down smooth and soft. If I use too much my skin may feel a bit tacky on the surface. I have normal to dry sensitive skin and this did not cause any irritation.

I saw signs of improvement with continual use. Everyone is going to have a different experience from using this. A few years back, my skin was not in its best shape as it is now. Using the Radiant Serum helped eliminate my dark spots (scars from picking on pimples) and really smoothed/evened out my skin tone. When I wake up in the morning my skin looks radiant. When I started this serum, I used it twice a day. Now I use it once a day in the morning as an up keep maintenance.

This serum contains two main ingredients that assist with brightening, lightening, moisturizing (viniferine and squalane). Most of the ingredients are natural and provide skin with good antioxidants. When I started this online blog in January 2018, I mentioned going forward I would begin phasing out skincare products in my routine that contained toxic ingredients and shift to clean natural beauty brands. This serum is vegan and cruelty-free. It is free of all the toxic ingredients we typically know, including parabens & hydroquinone.

If you are looking for a serum to lighten dark spots and brighten up uneven skin, I would suggest using this as an option. It also pairs very well with the Caudalie Essence (I will review at a later time). Yes this serum is very pricey but using a few drops per day goes a long ways. It’s worth the investment in my skincare routine.
