Caliray Freedreaming Skin Tint is a lightweight sheer liquid foundation for light to natural coverage that blurs, hydrates, and reduces redness with skin enhancing benefits. Perfect to even out skin tone, fresh faced glow, & lightly pigmented so you still have coverage without looking naked. If you want full coverage and conceal every imperfection this skin tint may not be for you, but if you like light coverage that enhances your skin you’ll enjoy this.
This formula has natural silica for the blurring effect, prickly pear extract to hydrate & reduce redness, and glycerin for smoothness & allows pigment to glide easily. It is Sephora Clean approved. Contains fragrance but I don’t get any scent when I smell it. There are 15 shades in the lineup and can be mixed to customize your desired shade if you are in between shades. I use shade 6 in the summer, shade 4 in winter season, and mix both in spring.

Caliray Freedreaming Skin Tint is packaged in a 1 oz / 30ml plastic shaker bottle with metal balls inside. This formula requires shaking to to help mix the pigments with the serum like liquid. Consistency is very thin and extremely runny so gently squeeze the bottle and count how many drops I will need to use on my face is how I go about this. It is very thin and applies like a serum with color.
You can use your fingertips or makeup brush, I prefer a slightly damp makeup sponge for application and tap it in. Blends out well and buildable if I need more coverage. Dries down to a nice satin finish that isn’t too dewy and definitely not wet looking. The blur effect is amazing and gives me medium coverage which completely impressed me. I do not have blemishes to cover but works great at evening my skin tone which has a lot of redness. Feels hydrating and no caking.
I always do a gentle exfoliation and moisturize well the night before so I don’t have dry patches in the morning. A couple drops on each cheek and forehead gave me plenty of coverage. It feels weightless and breathable on the skin. I wear this like a foundation and it lasts all day without breaking down. Slight creasing under the eyes and corners of nose which I simply use fingertips or a clean makeup brush to pat down on skin and crease is gone.
Overall, I think I found my favorite clean, lightweight, medium coverage skin tint. I pair this skin tint with their Hideaway Color Corrector and they are literally the perfect duo! I have tried many skin tints but many of them felt like it never dried down, product sat on my skin, made me look greasy looking, and not enough color pigment. I hope Caliray expands the shade range in the future because this skin tint is amazing.
