BY WISHTREND Propolis Energy Calming Ampoule is packaged in a slim 1.01oz / 30mL slim glass bottle with a dropper. The slimness of the bottle is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the dropper dispenses product easily. It is fragrance-free and has that natural propolis scent that is not overpowering. Dependent on what state my skin is in, I will either use this alone on cleansed skin or use it as a layering product with moisturizers.
A couple of drops of this ampoule is more than enough to cover entire face. It is lightweight and has a medium serum consistency which makes it easy to spread on without tugging. I was surprised to see how hydrating this felt, skin felt instantly smooth and plump. The texture does not feel sticky and it dries down to a dewy finish. Enough for me to skip moisturizer when my skin is in good condition.
I generally use this in my night time routine so the ampoule has plenty of time to penetrate deep into the skin. It takes a few minutes for it to fully absorb which is why I add a few drops at a time and massage into skin between each application. If I had any redness this ampoule completely calms it down and heals blemishes fairly quickly. Leaves my complexion healthy and glowing in the morning.
If you like using propolis in skincare this is a good affordable option. It is free of all the common toxic ingredients and 15% propolis is pretty generous. Ampoules like this make it a wonderful multi-tasking product since it can target many skin concerns as I mentioned above. Best of all it is so nourishing.
