Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil makes my long straight thick hair silky smooth, nourished, and shiny. I have used this product for many years now on rotation with other brands and I always gravitate towards this one. This is packed with an impressive blend of six signature oils: argan, coconut, macadamia nut, sweet almond, safflower, and grapeseed.
I find this oil works as a multi-tasking hair oil. It helps to soften and tame frizz, detangles hair against breakage, and it is formulated with uv filters to protect hair from heat and sun. I personally think if you have color treated hair or dry to damaged hair this will work well on bringing life back in to those strands.
I can use this oil on wet or dry hair. On towel dried wet hair I apply one pump to the ends of hair and work the product into the strands while avoiding any hair above the shoulder. Then blow dry with a brush to smooth out all the frizz while it leaves my hair shiny looking.
Now that I am currently stuck at home during the covid-19 shelter in place, my hair has become super frizzy since I have been air drying my hair after a good hair wash. A pea size amount of oil smoothed over the dry frizzy parts and fly aways keeps everything in place.
It also has a nice refreshing scent that lingers in my hair for the remainder of the day. Keep in mind when using this oil start with a pea size amount first to see how much your hair needs. This oil is lightweight which is another reason why I like using this however it can make my hair greasy and weighed down if I apply too much at one time.
I once bought the full size bottle and it took me almost two years to finish it. I only use a small amount on the ends of my hair so this will last a very long time. However I do not like having product around for that long which is why I opt for the mini size bottle as I can go thru it sooner in under a year.
Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil is available at Sephora & Bumble and Bumble.
