I am a huge fan of sheet masks. Why? They are simple and easy to use. If my skin is feeling a little dry, I just slap a sheet mask on for about 20min and my face is immediately plumped and hydrated. That instant gratification is an amazing treat. I was about to go on a weekend trip when the Biobelle My Diary of Beauty Secrets arrived. This cute set of masks was sent to me by Biobelle Cosmetics to try out. I was so excited to take these with me during my trip.

I must say I love the packaging! The My Diary of Beauty Secrets Face Mask Set is made to look like a diary that opens up revealing 6 sets of masks that resemble pages of a diary with the opposite side of the book showing a skincare story. Biobelle put a lot effort into the presentation of each individual mask set. They are colorful, fun, catchy, and very hashtag relevant.
These masks are biodegradable which it is good for the environment. If you have sensitive like me, these are free of GMO’s, parabens, gluten, phtalate free. I am slowly transitioning to skincare products containing toxic free ingredients. Being close to natural will lessen the amount of skin sensitivities. I feel assured these masks will not harm my skin.
Biobelle masks are made with a technology called TENCEL fiber, which basically helps the mask adhere to your skin while delivering antioxidants faster and deeper into your skin. Each mask is created to target a specific skin issue. From the packet, they are easy to unfold and adhered to face quite well. The eye, nose, lip holes are decently sized. Very cooling on the face and contained a good amount of serum. Even after 20min the sheets are still damp and skin felt refreshed. A quick rinse afterwards and applied my moisturizer. Of the 6 masks, there are the 4 that I used to treat my skin based how my skin was feeling at the time.
#Afterparty – This one smells like blueberries. My skin felt soothed after being in the sun and a bit brighter. Face felt moisturized and soft.
#Staygorgeous – I used this one as a before makeup prep. It contained almond oil & vitamin e. My skin felt nourished and soft. There was enough moisture on my skin that I skipped my normal moisturizer and went straight into the makeup application.
#Beautyscoop – This one contains avocado & collagen. My skin felt fresh, clean, and plump. It definitely hydrated my skin but I wouldn’t say it diminishes fine lines.
#iwokeuplikethis – This one has a rose scent and contained alot of serum. My skin felt brighter and refreshed. Be Careful if you are not fond of rose scented fragrance.
The remaining two that I did not get to using are #happyhour (minimize aging) & #beautysecret (smooth/firm). I will have to try these later.
Overall, I like the Biobelle My Diary of Beauty Secrets Face Mask Set. I found them easy and convenient to use. They hydrated and refreshed my skin. My favorite would have to be #Staygorgeous since my face felt the most moisturized of the four I’ve tried. These masks are decent and great for everyday use whenever your skin feels dryness. I did not find them to be luxurious or super pampering, but it did what I wanted it to do quickly. These are affordable and do not contain toxic ingredients.
