Belif The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb is a no nonsense no frills moisturizer that simply does the job for hydrating, soothing and plumping skin. It’s a type of cream where I don’t have to worry about getting an allergic reaction if I use other types of skincare layered under or over it. Layering skincare is great but if the ingredients clash with each other then you get a terrible skin reaction. I’ve mixed acids, oils, & vitamin c with this and did not have any problems.
I’ve used a number of Belif products over the years and it’s become one of my favorite Korean skincare brands. Korean skincare brands do a good job at producing quality products and priced fairly in my opinion. I’ve used many Korean brands over the years to make that claim. The Moisturizing Bomb and Aqua Bomb are my most reached for Belif products.
Moisturizing Bomb is formulated with a blend of oat extracts, apothecary herbs, and comfrey leaf which detoxifies skin leaving it smooth, soft, and clear. It has a natural herbal scent which I find refreshing and soothing. This product is classified as a clean skincare brand at Sephora.
What impressed me the most about the Moisturizing Bomb is the ultra-rich hydration. The gel cream texture leaves my skin soft and super plump. Some creams just sit on top of my skin, but this one really sinks in without being thick or heavy. A little goes a long ways since this cream is water-based. I have normal to dry sensitive skin and this truly leaves my skin glowing.
When I’m not using a moisturizer that specifically targets brightening, anti-aging, exfoliating, the Moisturizing Bomb is just my everyday hydrating moisturizer. It really does a good job in retaining moisture. I can use this both am/pm, although I do prefer using Aqua Bomb as my morning moisturizer.
This cream is suitable for all skin types. If you have dry skin you will love this. It’s perfect to use during the cold winter season. I’ve repurchased into this jar countless times. That is how much I love this stuff. Mini sizes and sets are a good way to try out this product without buying into the full size. I highly recommend this moisturizer if you are looking into a everyday hydrating moisturizer.
